Huware, the first LumApps partner in Italy, has partnered with Facile.it to develop an Employee Hub designed to centralize information and connect a distributed and diverse workforce. Using an agile approach based on Design Thinking and Sprint Methodology, Huware transformed the needs of employees and stakeholders into concrete solutions, creating an intuitive, scalable, and customizable platform. LumApps provided cloud-native technology that integrates seamlessly with Google Workspace, helping the company manage its rapid growth, boost employee engagement, and simplify access to policies, news, and day-to-day operational tools.
