Huware, the first LumApps partner in Italy, has partnered with Facile.it to develop an Employee Hub designed to centralize information and connect a distributed and diverse workforce. Using an agile approach based on Design Thinking and Sprint Methodology, Huware transformed the needs of employees and stakeholders into concrete solutions, creating an intuitive, scalable, and customizable platform. LumApps provided cloud-native technology that integrates seamlessly with Google Workspace, helping the company manage its rapid growth, boost employee engagement, and simplify access to policies, news, and day-to-day operational tools.
The 69% adoption rate of the platform demonstrates that the approach we’ve taken with Huware is the right one for centralizing information. We have built a robust and secure infrastructure; now the challenge is to turn this tool into an everyday resource that truly simplifies our employees’ work. We’re not quite there yet, but we have the technological foundation to finally make internal communication immediate and effective.
