Will I still work with the same account manager / support team?
For now, your account, customer success, and support team won't change. Our teams are working on aligning our customer-facing organizations to ensure a smooth experience. We will communicate directly with you regarding any changes to your account manager or support team to ensure continuity of service and relationships.

With the Beekeeper acquisition, Should LumApps mobile app stop being deployed to avoid a situation where it will have to be migrated to a new app soon.
The LumApps mobile app will remain fully supported for the foreseeable future (at least x months, x being a very reasonable number that will ne communicated probably in the next months ). There is no forced or urgent migration expected. We're working on a seamless path to convergence between the two apps, with a consistent back office and user experience. And if a transition ever becomes relevant, it will be well-planned, gradual, and fully supported.
In regions where mobile adoption is still emerging, starting with Beekeeper/LumApps mobile today remains a safe and strategic option.
Is data still hosted in the same country/region?
We aim to optimize our infrastructure while ensuring data residency and compliance. The integration plan includes merging Beekeeper and LumApps clusters. We will address any specific data residency requirements you may have.
Are there plans to phase out any products or services?
For now and in the coming months, no products or services will be phased out. Our integration roadmap includes identifying overlapping products and modules, and we will implement required adjustments as part of the unification process. In any case, any phase-out plans will be communicated with sufficient lead time, along with clear migration paths.
Will support continue for existing tools?
Yes, support for existing LumApps tools (Web, Mobile app) will continue as usual. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and will provide detailed information regarding any changes to product lifecycle or support processes well in advance.
Are there new features or product changes coming?
Absolutely! We are actively working on new features and product enhancements. Key areas of focus include expanding our AI capabilities with AI employee assistants and agents, enhancing enterprise-grade analytics, and developing robust enterprise-grade task management. You can expect improved content summarization, AI comment suggestions, AI-generated polls, and AI assistance for daily tasks.
Will my contract still be valid?
Yes, all existing contracts remain fully valid and unchanged. Your current terms, contacts, and support continue as usual.
Will pricing change?
For now and in the coming months, your current pricing won't change. Our pricing strategy will be refined to reflect the enhanced value of the combined offering as we add value to the current products. We anticipate offering new packages or add-ons for those who wish to add new features.
Will my product or service change?
Over time, yes, your product and service experience will evolve to offer a more comprehensive and integrated solution. The goal is to provide a unified employee experience platform for all workers, leveraging the strengths of both LumApps and Beekeeper. There will be quick win integrations initially, with a phased approach to unifying concepts, designs, and mobile applications over 18-24 months.

You’ll continue to receive updates through your usual point of contact, as well as through direct communications from LumApps or Buzz. Key updates will also be shared via email and our websites.Our priority is to keep you informed clearly and proactively at every step.
Are there any changes in security or compliance standards?
We are committed to maintaining and enhancing our robust security and compliance standards. The integration process includes aligning governance models and ensuring that the combined platform meets stringent enterprise security requirements. Beekeeper's security rules will be fully inventoried and aligned with LumApps' standards, in respect to all signed contractual terms & conditions
Will the privacy policy or terms of service change?
We are reviewing and aligning our privacy policies and terms of service to reflect the combined entity and unified platform. Any updates will be communicated transparently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Will my data be transferred to a new entity?
Your data will remain securely managed and hosted. We will align governance models and leverage LumApps' provisioning for user and organization data synchronization to create a unified system. We will adhere to all relevant data privacy regulations throughout this process.
Are there new processes I should be aware of?
As we integrate, new processes will be introduced to streamline operations and enhance your experience with the unified platform. We will provide detailed guidance and training on any new workflows, features, or administrative procedures.
Will there be service disruption?
For now, we don't plan any service disruption during this integration. We have a phased integration roadmap designed to ensure continuous service, focusing on merging infrastructure, user provisioning, and mobile applications over a 24-month period. We will communicate any planned maintenance or potential impacts proactively.
