This award highlights companies with outstanding feature sets that have gone above and beyond to delight their users.

We are excited to announce the "Summer Best of" Award winners

— said TrustRadius CEO Vinay Bhagat.

In the age of the self-serve buyer, software buyers rely heavily on third-party sources. That's why third-party reviews and awards from a trusted source like TrustRadius are so important. A 2022 Summer Best Feature Set Awards offers further validation.

Customer Spotlight: LumApps for Palo Alto

Palo Alto Networks is a global leader in cybersecurity. The company's mission is to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life. Palo Alto Networks is made up of more than 10,000 employees, serving more than 85,000 enterprise customers in over 150 countries. Since Palo Alto Networks employees are focused o protecting customers from constantly-evolving digital threats, real-time sharing of information and knowledge is critical to the company's success -- a difficult task made even more so by COVID-19 as a majority of employees and customers worked remotely.

How Palo Alto Networks is Shaping the Future of Work

Palo Alto Networks faced limitations with communication and knowledge sharing due to their previous platform, Jive. These issues were magnified during the initial days of COVID-19. The Loop was launched in less than two months, stabilizing communications during a turbulent time for the global workforce. The Loop is a single source of truth, and single point of entry for more than 10,000 employees.

It felt like we changed the wheels on a moving vehicle without crashing.

— Suchi Annasami, Director of Product and Digital Collaborations

Palo Alto Networks migrated a massive library of content - spanning over 53,000 individuals pages and associated meta-data - propelled by a cross-functional team at Palo Alto Networks working in tandem with LumApps. LumApps provided the customization needed for Palo Alto Networks to support 40 offices spread across the world. LumApps also partnered with the company to create a long-term, data-driven plan to increase engagement and work with other tools such as Slack.

At LumApps, we're taking these attributes scores very seriously. It's our mission to provide our customers with the best feature set on the market. We're proud to be valued by our user community and to be recognized for all of the great feedback we've received on TrustRadius.

— Shaun Slattery, Director of Customer Success Noram at LumApps

Among the top reviews on TrustRadius

We needed a new intranet with more features to enable informed and engaged associates. Prior to using LumApps, our main communication channel with our teams was email. LumApps has given us a simple way to host content online and share news and information, while also allowing associates to interact and have more 2-way dialogue through comments, likes, and sharing. We're in the early stages of our implementation but have already gotten feedback that the platform is allowing us to achieve our goals. Looking forward to continued growth and development with this product.

— Kelly Bingham Internal Communications Manager at SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC.Wholesale, 1001-5000 employees

LumApps was the best intranet platform we found and have now implemented it to be used at Armis! We had multiple data sources and a variety of data living in each system, due to this issue, users were unable to easily find information about teams/depts/new projects. With LumApps, we were able to give each team a dedicated page so users could find additional information on the team and their initiatives.
