LumApps and Microsoft, for a better employee experience

LumApps is accelerating its strategic and technological collaboration with Microsoft to deliver the best employee experience. In response to the pandemic, many companies have opted for remote and hybrid working, requiring unprecedented effort and agility from everyone.

Now more than ever, companies realize the need to support their employees by providing them with the information and tools they need to do their jobs simply and efficiently.

A partnership for innovation

LumApps and Microsoft have been working closely together for over two years to reimagine the employee experience. This strategic and technological partnership began in 2019 as part of the PAX (Partner eXperience) program to develop the first Microsoft Graph integrations. It has enabled the development of integrations and numerous innovative use cases to support employees in their daily work (smart notifications, Microsoft Duo/Neo, etc.).

LumApps and Microsoft 365

Communication is essential to the success of any business. Information must flow quickly and efficiently and be available to all employees. LumApps provides this fundamental building block of the employee experience and orchestrates, extends, and enriches the use cases of Microsoft 365.

LumApps allows you to contextualize and personalize the communication experience to engage and inform employees with content that is relevant to them. LumApps organizes and guides employees to the right Microsoft applications and content, making it easier and faster for them to find answers to their questions. In doing so, LumApps helps simplify the employee experience. LumApps continues to strengthen its integration by bringing LumApps directly into Microsoft Teams.

In a context of tool and information overload, we are convinced that to enable employees to have an efficient and enjoyable workday without untimely interruptions, it is absolutely necessary to build better integration between the different stacks of the Digital Workplace.

Sebastien Ricard, CEO of LumApps

The Microsoft and LumApps teams want to be the preferred partners for business transformation by offering innovative digital solutions. LumApps' business expertise in communications and human resources management fits perfectly with the value of our solutions and meets this crucial need.

Agnès Van de Walle, Director of the One Commercial Partner entity — Microsoft France

LumApps and the Communications team contributed to the successful deployment of Microsoft 365 by facilitating the distribution of the necessary resources and enabling employee questions to be answered in LumApps.

LumApps and Microsoft Teams

That's why LumApps offers advanced integration with Microsoft Teams, the latest version of which has been available since May. LumApps helps companies like Servier deploy, adopt, and realize the full potential of Microsoft Teams.

Articles published in LumApps can be shared in Microsoft Teams to quickly and efficiently inform employees. Reference information exchanged in Microsoft Teams can be capitalized on and organized in LumApps. Combining LumApps and Microsoft Teams gives organizations and teams the right tools for different types of communication—instant communication and structured knowledge bases. The personalized LumApps news feed now comes directly to employees in Microsoft Teams, for an even simpler experience.

With the announcement of Microsoft Viva, Microsoft continues to emphasize the importance of the employee experience and the use of Microsoft Teams for a simplified and productive experience.

LumApps available on Microsoft Commercial Marketplace

To enable more people to use LumApps with Microsoft 365, LumApps will be available on Microsoft Azure Marketplace and Microsoft AppSource by the end of the month, providing visibility in 110 countries. Microsoft customers will now be able to discover and purchase the LumApps solution as part of their Azure commitment in just a few clicks.
