As Jebsen & Jessen Hamburg Group is a company with multiple business models across different divisions, it is even more challenging for the company to transfer the family spirit towards its employees.
In recent years, the company has continuously been growing. Not only have more employees joined, but also new business models and a completely new division were acquired or built. The previous intranet could not cope with the requirements that have arisen due to this growth, but also other circumstances such as remote work played a decisive role in finding the right intranet. Customizable homepages and announcement banners bring meaningful content to employees at the right time. Dedicated department pages allow each team to share pertinent news, as well as the ability to share news with other teams. In addition, the news posts can be easily commented on via the comment function, and collecting feedback is quick and transparent.

The company has set up an editorial team with the responsibility to regularly publish news about their department. The news templates are very easy to use and, depending on the role, can also be adapted and optimized with just a few clicks.
