Why is my personal data necessary?
LUMAPPS products are web-based; and as a result, we may collect personal information from Users including (at a minimum) the names, first names, phone number or login credentials of a G Suite account. Therefore, at a minimum, we may ask you for this information, which is necessary to establish your account with us.
What kind of personal data are collected / tracked by LUMAPPS and how are they used?

PERSONAL INFORMATION: When a user registers online to test and evaluate our products, LUMAPPS takes the necessary steps to verify the email address provided to ensure accuracy.
Your email address can be used to send you periodic newsletters about LUMAPPS products, offers and tips. You may unsubscribe at any time from promotional emails, but you still continue to receive communications such as notifications, confirmation emails, and customer service updates as necessary to provide you with the service. We use the information collected to provide services, process payments, update our records, communicate with you about products and services, and generally, maintain your accounts with us.
We will retain your information as long as your account is active, to provide you with services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

BUSINESS INFORMATION: The information collected by our products is considered confidential. We do not consult business information except as necessary to provide the service in an appropriate manner or as required by law. (Company information includes application data, documents, files, configuration settings and any other commercial information stored on LUMAPPS products).
Business information also allows us to anticipate, diagnose, support or resolve issues that may limit or disrupt the quality of our clients’ service experience or in accordance with the law.
SESSION RECORDS: To maintain our quality of service and assist in the performance analysis of the product, we may also collect data on login information, including the date and size of all files sent over the Internet during a session. The information collected is used solely to ensure the highest quality experience possible when using LUMAPPS products.
SECURITY INFORMATION: LUMAPPS also collects some standard information on your computer for security and identification purposes. This information may include: domain names, access time, cookies, and other identifying information. This information is used for the operation of the service, to identify and protect the authorized user of our client and to control the inappropriate use of our services. All this information is encrypted during transmission and stored securely.
COOKIES: Cookies are text files stored on the computer of the Users by their internet browser. They allow us to know the total number of people who use our services and to control their use.
WEB ANALYTICS: We are constantly improving our sites and we use the different web analytics tools to help us do that.
We are interested in how visitors use our services, what they like and do not like, and where they have problems.
We also use web analytics tools on our mobile applications to help gather non-personally identifiable data about download and application usage. In our use of web analytics, we collect data from Geolocation, but only in a global manner and unrelated to an individual. Web beacons used in our web analytics services do not share any personal information about visitors to the site.
Our tools may collect data such as the browser used by a person, the operating systems used, downloaded content, and services accessed while visiting or registering services on any of our websites or mobile applications. This information is used solely to help LUMAPPS maintain a more efficient and useful website for our customers. We track aggregated traffic trends across our site but we do not correlate this information with personally identifiable data about individual users. We monitor domain names, browser type and MIME type. This information will not be passed on to third parties without your prior consent unless required by applicable law.
How does LUMAPPS protect my information from loss, misuse or alteration?
LUMAPPS has implemented commercially reasonable precautions designed to protect the web sites and applications it hosts and the information it collects from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, we remind you that no security measure is perfect. LUMAPPS applications are accessed via G Suite user accounts. LUMAPPS is not liable for loss of passwords due to user carelessness. If you lose control over your Google account, you may lose control over your personally identifiable information. If you believe your Google account has been compromised, we recommend that you immediately change your password or activate Google’s 2 step authentication.
How long does LUMAPPS retain data?
LUMAPPS currently retains all user and business data until the data were deleted or shut down the LUMAPPS account.
