We are thrilled to announce our plans to acquire HeyAxel, a powerful no-code platform enabling HR managers to fortify employee journey points, like onboarding and career milestones.
The main objectives of this acquisition:
An Employee Journey is an orchestrated set of communications, information, and activities that are designed to inspire action, promote engagement and maximize the Employee Experience. Employees will be automatically delivered targeted communications, AI-based recommendations (content to read, communities to join) and next-best action suggestions, based on their unique unique profile, context, and activities – all within their flow of work.
Key capabilities will include campaign orchestration and management, multi-channel delivery (including in third-party apps and tools) and in-depth actionable analytics for Internal comms and HR managers to improve employee engagement overtime.
