Office and deskless reported burnout across the board with 69% of respondents reporting at least occasional burnout over the past 24 months.

Bargaining Power
Some publications have reported an increase in employee bargaining power (defined as the ability to negotiate pay, benefits and time off) due to pandemic-related conditions. 66% of respondents reported a net increase.

Job Satisfaction
There’s a renewed focus on retention for modern enterprises. Employers should take note that 58% of employees said they would leave an unsatisfactory job in less than 12 months.
