Clearbox Consulting just named LumApps to its “Intranet Choices for 2021 – Europe,” an elite shortlist designed to help enterprises whittle down a sea of vendors in a complex marketplace to a few frontrunners.
Clearbox Consulting is a UK and Ireland-based independent consulting firm that helps large enterprises from Avis Budget Group to Syngenta assess, plan, manage and scale the non-technical aspects of intranets and digital workplaces globally. Last month, the firm’s “Independent Intranets” report applauded LumApps’ “flexibility to cater to the needs of large and complex organisations.”
The new “Intranet Choices” list is the culmination of a rigorous review process by Clearbox Consulting of over 50 products, with criteria ranging from customer feedback to common scenarios, pricing and track record. This year marks the first that independent intranets were considered for the list, an expansion from prior years when only Sharepoint intranet in-a-box providers were included — likely an indication that open, multi-tenant platforms are increasingly important to global enterprises.
