Despite the massive upheaval caused by COVID-19, one positive corollary is that “essential employees” is now a household term. Indeed, the importance of frontline workers to employers and society at large has never been clearer. Unfortunately, many enterprises struggle with scaling intelligent employee communications and broader digital transformation initiatives with this critical but often distributed and disparately-connected workforce.
To give organizations insight, LumApps — which was recently recognized as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Intranet Platforms, Q2 2020 — commissioned YouGov to conduct a survey of over 1,000 U.S. frontline workers across industries to take their pulse on relevant trends in the workplace and beyond.
