European Intranet Platform Hires World-Class Business Talent for Expansion to Americas
To aid in their global expansion, European intranet platform LumApps has brought on Jeb Seder, General Manager for the Americas, and Philippe Gless, VP of Sales.
Having already won 30% market share in France in its two-year lifespan, LumApps developed a strong track record by revolutionizing intranet services in major European corporations. The acquisition of cross-cultural talent promises to help them expand with equal swiftness across the globe.
Jeb Seder: as General Manager of LumApps for the Americas, he implements a structure in US offices (NY & SF) that will allow the sales teams to accelerate growth among American clients. He has extensive cross-cultural management experience, having led companies in both Europe and the United States: Time Warner, Completel, Tyco, ADT and most recently, Exosun.
Philippe Gless: a six-year Google veteran, he leads global sales. Bringing skills both from his startup days and from his tenure at Google as Head of the Retail Sector, Gless will focus on making LumApps a major player in the enterprise portal market; since his arrival last November, the team has managed to achieve more revenue abroad than in France over the last quarter with new clients like Tibco, The Economist, and Aboitiz.
I’m very proud to welcome two excellent managers to LumApps. With extensive international experience and knowledge of American culture, Jeb will help us deepen our presence in the US. Philippe, whose success in selling Google enterprise solutions paves the way for LumApps’ progress, will boost our commercial operation. Alongside the Innovation award and the official recommended partner status recently bestowed on us by Google, the arrival of these two new managers will allow us to realize our goal of global growth in the intranet space.
