Mérieux NutriSciences Reinforces Brand Identity
LumApps provides Mérieux NutriSciences with a common platform to link all employees across the world and reinforce brand identity.
In four years, Mérieux NutriSciences has experienced a rapid increase in workforce. To support the growth of the company, the internal communication team needed a new system to link all employees worldwide whether they work in a lab or in an office.
The group’s needs were very straightforward for the new platform:
To adapt to each country’s workforce
Simple & easy navigation
So that every employee enjoys using it
G Suite integration
To fit with their preexisting work tools
To fit Mérieux NutriSciences visual identity
So that local managers relaying internal communications can administrate the intranet without any special skills
Mérieux NutriSciences had already migrated to Google and were happy working with G Suite. LumApps easily fit all criteria – including Google integration – and emerged as the best choice.
Not only has MXNS Connect successfully become the main tool for internal communications, the intranet is also an integral part in the group’s global communication strategy.
A common platform:
Offering both consistent communications (corporate strategy, news and job offers) and personalized information per entity to all teams across the world
Facilitating quick and easy onboarding for new joiners, who have immediate access to relevant information in their working environment
Reinforcing engagement and internal values
Enabling quick and efficient collaboration for increased knowledge sharing
A central tool in our communication strategy
LumApps administration is very simple even for business users. After a few hours training, collaborators can edit content, which is, for most of them, a new skill.
MXNS Connect is definitely a central tool in our internal communication strategy uniting all Mérieux NutriSciences employees. We decided recently to go one step further by launching LumApps social to encourage interactions between peers and collaboration.
