Information-sharing is the thorn in the side of many retail brands, in particular those with a number of distinct retail locations across several countries. The ETAM group is no exception to this rule, and has decided to invest LumApps + GSuite in order to centralize their physically dispersed retail operations.
Without disrupting the existing IT infrastructure at our headquarters, we needed to digitize all the outlets of our 3 brands –Etam, 1.2.3, and UNDIZ– in order to share real-time information and respond to the business needs of our stores. G Suite + LumApps was the natural solution.

An innovative intranet for retail
The collaboration between the Etam group and LumApps has created an innovative digital retail tool: a new intranet space that serves the communication needs of stores, using the native functionalities of Google’s collaborative suite (Hangouts, Gmail, Calendar, TeamDrive and Google Docs, Google Groups) to bring physically disparate teams together.
Boosting employee interactivity in stores
Etam has structured their LumApps intranet in the form of an on-brand interactive publication, INTRA Mag. Since INTRA Mag was installed on in-store iPads, employees have direct access to relevant internal news, and can now follow the beat of headquarters in real time.
