2018 is our year for JAPAC acceleration! With new partners like Densan and Softbank, we’re expecting great things in Japan. Cloud Days Tokyo was one of our first local tech events. Here’s a peek at our time spent with partners and local professionals. And stay tuned for Cloud Days Osaka!
What is Cloud Days?
Cloud Days Tokyo 2018 is a leading event in Japan for Cloud technology companies, with about 150 exhibitors from all over the world! As such, it’s a rare and fantastic opportunity to boost LumApps awareness in Japan. The crowd was filled with IT pros and cloud specialists from tech-forward companies, who have now heard about our unique solution.
Cloud Days Tokyo was a huge success! According to organizers, over 14,000 people attended over February 20-21, which means thousands of new attendees each day.
A follow-up event is planned on March 8-9 in Osaka – LumApps is attending as well!
If you’re not based in Tokyo, make sure you sign up for Cloud Days Osaka!
A time for partner collaboration
The Cloud Days events were the perfect occasion to launch some actions with our partners. You could find LumApps inside the Softbank booth, where we provided videos, demos and flyers to provide multiple channels for information. The Softbank booth was itself part of the Google Cloud Pavilion, comprising 6 booths in total.
On February 20, the LumApps Japan team – Representative JAPAC Thierry Darsin and new Account Manager Vincent Msika – gave a 15 minutes presentation, demo, and intervention in front of Google Cloud Pavilion.
Softbank is a giant well-respected technology expert in Japan, so working with them is priceless!
